Turtle vibrating his claws

I have a 9 months old Red Ear Slider巴西龜 and a 5 months Yellow spot Sideneck忍者龜 turtles. Can someone please tell me why my Red Ear Slider keeps vibrating his claws when he is next  to his friend?

They are only just playing and communicate with each other

Thank you for the informations. I was worry that they might be fighting. Actually they seems to get on very well and always next to each other
