人吃的菜對陸龜都不太健康
太多水份, 缺乏粗纖維, 粗蛋白等等
師兄上述的兩種菜極其量只能當作零食
為龜龜著想, 餵食龜糧會較為理想若真的要餵新鮮植物, 桑葉會較理想
引牠開口的話紅蘿蔔也不錯

Mixed the vegetables, not restricted to one.  I do not find any problem in feeding those vegetables.  Sometimes, the information shared among the website may not be perfectly correct.  Have you ever feeded those vegetables?  If not, please comment with supporting evidence.

In fact, carrots are not suggested as main food.
