Normally when you go to the shop, they will never look at you or greet you. Treat you like a beggar (but they are super friendly to foreigners, and the boss love to speak (or show off) English). But last time I spent around $4000 to buy a 釘頸龜 (around 3-4 years ago). After I paid moeny, they just completely changed their face, asking me to come more.... so cheap. I think they have already been penalized by their bad customer service and attitude. If their business is still good, then they do not need to create this new website. Actually many of their turtles remained unsold because the price is just not reasonable. For example, the 澳洲側頸龜
has been staying with the shop for ages.... As there are more channels and places to buy turtles, now I really seldom buy turtles from them as I do not want to suffered from their unfriendly attitude.
